We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Security Officer to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance in the maturation of security programs and components from Initial Operational Capability (IOC) to Full Operational Capability (FOC).

**Responsibilities**

Establish and implement a comprehensive Security Authorization Package (SAP) and Contingency Authorization Package (CAP) level security program.

Develop and maintain unique security portfolios to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Establish, maintain, and manage a program security plan to ensure compliance with security regulations and guidelines.

Advise on the proper selection, certification, accreditation, and use of Information Technology (IT) equipment used for processing sensitive material.

Coordinate, implement, educate, and enforce the security program classification guides to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Prepare comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to implement security policies and requirements.

Conduct security reviews and participate in audits from external investigators to ensure the security program is effective.

Establish and support specialized procedures for the transmission of material to and from program elements.

Manage Terms of Access portfolios for SAPs and CAPs to ensure authorized access to sensitive information.

**Qualifications**

15 years of experience in comprehensive program security management.

Bachelor's Degree.

Demonstrated experience with required SAP, CAP, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security procedures.

Demonstrated experience with information, industrial, and personnel security principles and practices.

Demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements.

Demonstrated ability to apply wide range of security concepts, principles, and practices to resolve problems and develop guidance documentation across a variety of circumstances and environments.

TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
