About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RF/Microwave Test Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD). As a member of our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department, you will be responsible for designing and testing RF/Microwave systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF/Microwave test systems and equipment
  • Perform on-wafer and fixtured testing of GaN and GaAs semiconductor devices and MMICs
  • Use software to control test equipment and plot test results
  • Support the MMIC and module design teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RF/Microwave test
  • Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment such as PNAs, VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Load-Pull systems
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software such as Python, Labview, Keysight ADS, and MATLAB
  • Knowledge of RF/Microwave engineering, microwave systems, and circuit design
