Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced design simulations to support the development of RF/microwave circuit designs for 2-8 GHz front-end ICs and modules.
  • Participate in lab measurements for characterization, debugging, and performance optimization of RF modules and ICs.
  • Analyze test data and simulation results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive test and simulation reports for the design team.
  • Present technical findings to the team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Coursework in microwave engineering and electronic circuit design is essential, with additional knowledge in integrated circuit design and semiconductor physics preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate complex engineering problems in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
  • Microwave circuit design expertise for amplifiers, filters, transmission lines, and matching circuits.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design tools such as Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS), Cadence, and Ansys HFSS.
  • Measurement instrument proficiency with DC and RF active and passive circuit measurement equipment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $47.50 per hour for Engineering interns and USD $42.00 per hour for Non-Engineering interns across the U.S. Starting pay will depend on level of education, job duties, and work location.
