Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Settlement and Confirmation: Reconcile trade settlements promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Corporate Action Processing: Manage corporate actions, ensuring timely notification to clients and accurate processing in accordance with their instructions.
  • Cash Management: Monitor cash movements within client accounts, reconciling cash positions daily and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of client accounts, identifying and investigating discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding items and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Manage the vast amount of documentation associated with custody operations, including account statements, trade confirmations, and regulatory filings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in custody operations, securities processing, or financial services industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
