Your key responsibilities will encompass coordinating care with the Medical Center and various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to all clinic programs, processes, and protocols, and promoting a supportive workplace culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance management
  • Guarantee compliance with safety standards and infection control measures
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and advocate for patient needs
  • Manage information systems and ensure cybersecurity protocols
  • Engage in quality enhancement initiatives

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in high-quality customer service environments
  • Collaborative and professional team contributor
  • Current RN state license is preferred
  • Basic Life Support certification required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a managerial role within patient care settings
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred
