Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Erlanger ContinuCare CBS. As a Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide and direct provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
  • Coordinate the plan of care with other healthcare professionals involved in care and help to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, case manager, and other community resources.
  • Ensure the patient/client's eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and agency policy.
  • Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state program requirements with other community providers.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Experience in pediatric home care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
