Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at SunCrest Companion Services of Smithville. As a Pediatric LPN Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical services to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to patients in their homes.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
