Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and tidy all areas of the facility to the highest standards, within designated time limits.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, employees, and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily work checklists to record all serviced rooms, maintain equipment in good condition, and report any shortages, damages, or security issues.
- Inventory Management: Check stocking levels of all consumables and ensure that supplies are replenished as needed.
- Compliance and Safety: Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Experience: Proven working experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in cleaning and customer service.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a high level of professionalism.
- Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
