Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for utilizing our commercial cleaning task schedules to perform a variety of tasks, including emptying trash, dusting furniture, cleaning glass and mirrors, and vacuuming and mopping floors.

Responsibilities
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Dust all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
  • Dust all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, and moldings
  • Clean all glass and mirrors
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Perform weekly detailed cleaning
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Requirements
  • Must arrive to work location at scheduled time
  • Must work within allotted hours
  • Must complete any special requests made by clients in company logs
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Must have respect and understanding for coworkers and customers
  • Must contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
  • Must wear proper uniform at all times
  • Must be able to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, walk, push, stoop, kneel, and crouch constantly
Work Environment

This position is a full-time and/or part-time opportunity with various shifts available. The work location is in Willington, CT.
