About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients feel understood and informed
  • Assist in the development of strategies for the upcoming year through active participation in the annual business planning process
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and implement process improvements
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology, utilizing it to enhance client service and operational efficiency
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial services and markets, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and provide valuable insights
