About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events

  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in current and new office technology
  • Willingness to learn how financial services/markets work
