Job Overview

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) at Edward Jones, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You will team up with Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service, deepen and broaden client relationships, and identify opportunities to create efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events

Requirements
