Job Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Nurture relationships with hospital contacts to address concerns, introduce new marketing and products, and follow up on past requests.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop sales staff on sales techniques, products, promotions, and procedures.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet store sales quotas and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide performance feedback and set achievable goals for sales staff.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, employee, and location productivity.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure merchandise availability.
  • Implement advertising, sales promotion, and display plans to market merchandise effectively.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to security standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling and intensified customer service issues.
  • Execute daily operational procedures with efficiency and due diligence.
  • Implement company procedures and policies.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a store management or supervisory role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in evaluating and hiring store personnel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to open and close the store independently when needed.
