  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including receiving, processing, and merchandising, to ensure accurate stock levels and appealing displays.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints with kindness and courtesy, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that displays, stockrooms, and sales floors are up to Waxberg's standards.
  • Technology and Training: Utilize the POS system effectively and ensure all team members are trained in its use.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Shoe experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Educational background in business, fashion merchandising, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
