Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technology Project Manager to join our team at Fluor. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for organizing, executing, and coordinating complex Process Technology project assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and specialists to develop drawings and specifications for study, feasibility, Front End Engineering Development (FEED)/Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction (EPFC) phase project definition and/or execution.
  • Develop Process Technology Quality Plans for small to moderate size projects.
  • Develop and oversee Process Activity Plans for moderate to intermediate size projects.
  • Execute Fluor's scope of work according to contract requirements.
  • Interface with client representatives: project, planning, process and instrument engineers, operations and maintenance to align contract requirements and expectations.
  • Interface with Fluor discipline engineers to develop interdisciplinary drawings and specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fourteen (14) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eighteen (18) years if non-degreed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicable professional certification(s) or license(s).
  • Experience should be primarily in the area of material management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and skills.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Oversee design change process for large scale (mega) project.
  • Integrate design changes and impacts across multiple design firms.
  • Manage process, documentation, and integration of design change packages.
