Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full life cycle of our recruiting process. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of staff using creative sourcing methods for both internal and external candidate pools.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Screening: Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers assessments, and makes recommendations to hiring managers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
- Internal Promotion/Transfer Process: Manages internal promotion/transfer process, including job posting, administering assessments, participating in interviews, and tracking internal applicants.
- Candidate Management: Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensures all external non-management positions are posted with applicable state employment sites, and follows up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Application/Resume File Management: Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Compliance and Reporting: Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action Plan compliance, and prepares and delivers assigned reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
- Other Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and make strong decisions, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pen Air Credit Union offers a competitive salary range of $23-$27 per hour ($47,840-$56,160 annualized), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including up to $15K available for continuing education, student loan paydown, adoption assistance reimbursement, wellness programs, and more.
