The Administrative Coordinator for Community Programs will provide critical support to the Program Director, Program Coordinators, House Managers, and staff of the Community Supports and Residential Programs at Home of Hope.

This role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, including telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control, and necessary communications internally and externally via letters, email, and distribution of policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for the Community Supports/Residential Programs
  • Assisting Program Coordinators with schedule management and handling calls from internal and external sources
  • Maintaining suspense tickler files to track activities with specific deadlines and managing central files
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment with the approval of the Program Director and maintaining documentation
  • Supporting Monthly Meetings by preparing the meeting room and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Performing special projects assigned by Program Coordinator or designee

Additionally, this role involves assisting staff with missed punches, taking care of staff inquiries and needs, screening and processing incoming calls and questions from staff, and tracking mileage, among other responsibilities.

In terms of education and experience, we are looking for an individual with an Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, people skills, and organizational abilities. Previous HOH experience is preferred.
