Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and developers to design, build, and maintain complex web applications.
- Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations to drive innovation and growth.
- Communication: Communicate technology strategy and plans to stakeholders, including partners, investors, and employees.
- Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure to support machine learning models and web applications.
- Machine Learning: Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms and architectures to support business objectives.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in an IT leadership position or as a CTO.
- Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications, with expertise in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Cloud Experience: 2+ years of experience deploying code through containerization and CI/CD to AWS.
- Machine Learning: 2+ years of experience supporting the deployment of new machine learning algorithms and architectures to the cloud.
- ETL Experience: 2 years of experience with ETL platforms such as Mulesoft and AWS Glue.
- Cloud Architect Certification: Cloud Architect AWS Certification.
- SCRUM Experience: Past role with SCRUM or product owner responsibilities.
