In this position, you will collaborate with sales and technical leaders to pinpoint business challenges, devise effective technical solutions for new clients, and bolster the utilization and retention of our products among existing accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass product demonstrations, evaluations, training, and ongoing support for product usage, along with monitoring issues reported by clients. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to our R&D team to refine our offerings and represent Synopsys technology at industry trade shows and seminars.

  • Proficient programming skills, ideally with a background in embedded software development.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of relevant experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Familiarity with standard software stacks commonly utilized in the automotive sector.
  • Understanding of automotive standards such as A2L and AUTOSAR.
  • Expertise in automotive communication protocols and services, including CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, and XCP.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and testing embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of processors like ARM, TriCore, and PowerPC.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.
  • Understanding of test automation, continuous integration, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jenkins).
**Personal Attributes**
  • You recognize that your success is intrinsically linked to the success of your clients.
  • You foster a collaborative and friendly work environment that promotes creativity and innovation.
  • You are a quick learner with a knack for solving problems in inventive ways.
  • You thrive under deadlines and are driven by results.
  • You excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that requires both teamwork and independent work.
  • You possess strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
At Synopsys, we value inclusion and diversity. We welcome all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, military veteran status, or disability.

**Compensation**
The base salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $164,000. Additionally, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
