Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a T&D Engineering Intern/Co-op. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including consulting utilities for retrofit, rebuild, or build new distribution/transmission lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with utilities to identify opportunities for improvement in distribution and transmission lines.
  • Perform field surveys to assess the condition of existing infrastructure.
  • Prepare construction packages and evaluate structure strengths.
  • Answer construction questions and produce record documents.
  • Review NESC and client-required electrical clearances.
  • Complete other duties as assigned, including temporary fill-ins for other roles.

Requirements:

  • Student in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (GPA minimum 2.75).
  • Valid driver's license with cross-state travel capabilities.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD a plus.
  • No design experience required.
