Nemours is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Non-Sterile Technician to join our team in Wilmington, DE.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and organize technical processes to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Non-Sterile Production department.
- Identify and resolve pharmacy line service problems in collaboration with Lead Pharmacists and Operations Managers.
- Develop and implement Standardized Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize waste.
- Lead and manage pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely preparation of non-sterile pharmaceutical products.
- Participate in hospital and departmental Continuous Improvement activities to drive quality and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- More than 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
