- Dispose of leftovers and manage waste disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and wash kitchenware.
- Help with inventory management and ingredient stocking.
- Support menu planning and track food-related expenses.
- Assist in the upkeep of kitchen appliances and equipment.
Essential Skills
- Experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ability to follow meal preparation instructions accurately.
- Proficient in using kitchen tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Food service certification is advantageous.
Incentives
Upon successful completion of your initial probationary period, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Additionally, referring a qualified candidate who completes their probationary period will also earn you a referral bonus.
Work Schedule
Shifts may vary, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Flexibility is appreciated as we strive to accommodate our staff's needs while ensuring excellent service to our residents.
