Key Skills Required:

Role Overview:
In this contingent resource role, you will:
  • Provide consultation on intricate initiatives that have a significant impact and require extensive planning within Systems Operations Engineering.
  • Analyze and assess complex, multi-dimensional challenges in Systems Operations Engineering that necessitate thorough evaluation of various factors, including intangible elements.
  • Assist in resolving intricate situations that demand a comprehensive understanding of operational functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards to meet deliverables.
  • Collaborate strategically with client personnel to provide insights and recommendations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with observability monitoring tools (e.g., App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, ITRS, Splunk)
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems for at least 4 years
  • 4+ years of experience in application production support
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting
  • Experience with cloud initiatives, preferably Microsoft Azure
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supporting an enterprise-level environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years of SQL experience
  • Ability to manage initiatives focused on process enhancements
