Job Title: Auxiliary Services Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Auxiliary Services Operations Specialist to join our team at JB Consulting Systems. As an Auxiliary Services Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing vendor performance and compliance with service agreements and department standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor performance and compliance with service agreements and department standards.
  • Participate in project meetings to track milestones toward completion.
  • Provide operating expertise to support ORAT teams for new projects coming online.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
  • Maintain current knowledge of individual area of expertise and provide updates to the team as needed.
  • Establish good working relationships with other team members.
  • Foster positive communications and relationships with tenants, owners, and building staff.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in meetings as requested.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree, trade school, or technical certification preferred. May be substituted with High School Diploma and 4 years of progressive experience in a similar technical role.
  • Minimum 6 years of related industry experience.
  • Complete knowledge of project management. Experience and/or certification required.
  • Strong understanding of car wash maintenance and fuel management program.
  • Strong knowledge of safety principles and practices.
  • Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient typing skills are also required.
  • Professional in appearance and character.
  • Able to work well in a collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel via plane and car for extended times.
  • Frequent standing, ladder use, walking, and sitting.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent requirement to bend, stoop, crouch, lift materials overhead.
  • Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer.
