Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Curative Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to clients of varying ages and abilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist with daily needs, including documentation, personal care, and medication management.
  • Provide a variety of activities to keep clients engaged and active, such as escorting and participating in community-based outings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, as needed.
  • Accurately account for clients' money during community outings.
  • Provide medication management and assistance as required.
  • Record and report changes in clients' physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
  • Attend all trainings and meetings as required.
  • Report suspected abuse and neglect to the Program Coordinator and Manager immediately.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform multiple priorities.
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment and/or independently, to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Demonstrates attitude of cooperation and professionalism.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • First Aid/CPR Certified within 6 months of hire.
  • Medication Management Certified within 6 months of hire.
