About the Position:

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team at our Thurston County Walk-in Clinic in Olympia, WA.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance/Housekeeping II will perform a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including janitorial and maintenance duties, upkeep of the parking lot, lawn care, and simple repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Upkeep of the parking lot, including trash and debris removal
  • Mow the lawn, trim bushes and hedges, and maintain the grounds around the garden area
  • Perform simple repairs, including plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work
  • May be required to use rental equipment for special jobs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
