We Are Currently Seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our Detox and Residential Treatment Facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate medical care to all clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination of care among medical and clinical teams, utilization review staff, external healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
  • Manage medication inventory, documentation, lab reports, and medical supplies.
  • Supervise nursing and medical support personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and enhance medical workflow processes and conduct regular reviews of operational protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards through systematic chart reviews.

Qualifications

  • Active RN licensure in the state of practice, or compact licensure with multistate privileges; BSN preferred.
  • Preferred experience in the substance use treatment sector.
  • 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
