We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Lead to drive business improvements and ensure operational success in our supply chain process.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Identify and implement continuous business improvements to optimize team performance and inventory levels.

    ">
  • Monitor team performance to establish business indicators and remove roadblocks for operational success.

    ">
  • Support the team by providing direction, feedback, and suggestions to empower employees and ensure quality management (QM) review and implementation on-site.

    ">
  • Regularly visit warehouses to meet client needs and demonstrate flexibility in response to operational demands.

    ">
  • Ensure efficient execution throughout the supply chain by driving the successful implementation of processes with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners.

    ">
  • Resolve operational/commercial issues related to the site and serve as the first point of escalation for site operational issues.

    ">
  • Make informed decisions that contribute to the organization's overall success and profitability.

    ">
  • Communicate effectively across the organization, with customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

    ">
  • Act as a backup for any missing resources or skills and own the financial reconciliation of customer records for payment.

    ">
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations and adhere to company policies, implementing agreed-upon methodologies at the operational level.

    ">
  • Possess strong logical thought process and critical decision-making abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, teamwork and collaboration skills, ability to mitigate and resolve conflicts/issues promptly, results-oriented and self-motivated, strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of key inventory metrics, leadership and coaching skills, project management and initiative closure capabilities.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in management, supply chain, logistics management, order fulfillment, or planning, with experience in inventory, logistics, and supply chain management, proven people management skills, intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), experience in customer service and vendor management.

Salary

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
