Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Retention
    • Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and partners.
  • Employee Relations
    • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs.
    • Develop and implement benefits communications and education programs.
    • Manage benefits vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
