Key Responsibilities:- Define and maintain the standards of nursing practice within the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Complete daily rounds to ensure residents receive the appropriate level of care, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Regional Team to assign tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the nursing department.
- Active RN license is mandatory for this position.
