Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inventory management program to accurately track all government personal property
  • Effectively communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for efficient data management
  • Administer the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
  • Review and prepare property inventories
  • Conduct thorough physical inventories
  • Prepare necessary property management documentation
  • Maintain stock levels in the supply storeroom
  • Create and manage purchase requests
  • Order items with National Stock Numbers as needed
  • Operate government vehicles when required
  • Perform various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active secret security clearance
  • Valid passport for overseas travel
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing government personal property
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple facets of personal property management
