Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of the store, including team management, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of 40+ employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Manage the store's budget, including controlling expenses and making smart business decisions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and store sanitation.
  • Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and build repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QSR General Management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in team hiring, developing, motivating, and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of food ordering systems, cash management, and store sanitation.
  • Ability to read and manage to the budget, P&Ls, and sales building promotions.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Flexible schedule, with a 5-day, 10-hour shift.
