Position Summary: First National Pawn seeks an entry-level, part-time sales associate to work in our pawn store locations nationwide. The successful candidate will partner with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
  • Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Handles cash and negotiable items in accordance with company requirements.
  • Answers incoming calls per company standards.
  • Effectively communicates with coworkers and managers.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math calculations proficiency.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.

Commission Plan Information: Employees have the potential to earn 2-8% commission based on the gross profit of their personal performance.
