Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Route Sales Representative to join our team as a full-time Route Sales Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise product.
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
What You Can Expect:
  • Learnthe basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training with our team members.
  • Run routes for team members', experience different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
  • Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
  • Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You'll need to pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $64,000 per year, with a potential sign-on bonus of $5,000 (based on performance and eligibility). We also offer paid time off, health care benefits on day one (including dental and vision), and retirement savings benefits such as a 401(k) Plan with Company match.
