Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Tesla, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic store team and contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage a high-performing store team
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve productivity goals and sales targets
  • Foster a culture that prioritizes delivering a best-in-class customer experience
  • Cultivate a positive team culture and address people and safety issues promptly
  • Enforce adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Identify and nurture high-potential talent and provide continuous feedback
  • Maintain facility and showroom standards
  • Exercise cost-consciousness and control store expenses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of applicable professional experience
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management and coaching skills
  • Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Excellent time-management and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license required
