Position Summary:

This role is crucial within the accounting department, overseeing the revenue cycle, managing accounts payable, and conducting bank reconciliations. It is a dynamic position that demands meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to assess and resolve intricate transactions. This full-time, in-office role is based at our headquarters.

Your Contributions:

  • Revenue Cycle Oversight: Manage and process revenue transactions across various technology platforms. Calculate commission figures on a semi-monthly and quarterly basis, addressing inquiries from Advisors regarding commissions.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, statement reconciliation, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive vendor relationships and contract documentation.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure precision and identify discrepancies across multiple entities.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the CFO and Controller to assist with accounting projects, financial reporting, month-end closing, and additional responsibilities as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant accounting role. A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
