RBHA is seeking a skilled Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our team in a behavioral health setting. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for administering daily medications, providing medical assessments, ordering medications, managing medication administration records, attending clinical staffing and training meetings, and related work as apparent or assigned.


Key Responsibilities:
• Admit clients to the program and obtain physician orders
• Order medications and collaborate with pharmacy
• Transcribe orders and administer medications intramuscularly and orally
• Complete nursing assessments and medically related assessments ordered by the prescriber
• Facilitate psycho-educational groups for clients

Requirements:
• Associate's degree or higher with coursework in nursing
• Moderate experience as a registered nurse in a behavioral health setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Possession of a current Virginia license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Nursing
• CPR certification and valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Computer proficiency
