We are a leading provider of services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Summary:
The Director of Residential Program Services will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential facilities.
About the Role:
- Leadership: Direct and manage staff to ensure the highest level of care and safety for residents.
- Program Development: Administer designated programs in accordance with Agency policies and regulations.
- Staff Management: Interview, evaluate, hire, train, discipline, and terminate subordinate staff as necessary.
- Communication: Respond to program and work-related questions, problems, complaints, and grievances from staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Experience: At least five years of managerial experience, preferably with the developmentally disabled population.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures, knowledge of equipment used by persons receiving services, and proficiency in the use of personal computers and software.
