Job Overview

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate, thriving in the competitive environment with aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming communications related to loan servicing, addressing borrower questions or directing calls to the appropriate contact within the servicing team.
  • Manage, scan, and document all inbound mail related to loan servicing, including notices, insurance renewals, and other critical documents.
  • Maintain borrower records by updating contact information within our servicing platform (Salesforce) upon request.
  • Coordinate and manage the request and delivery of 1098 forms, payoff statements, Verifications of Mortgage (VOMs), Releases, and other miscellaneous document requests.
  • Ensure that all loan servicing operations are conducted with a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial and/or construction loan servicing, loan documentation, or related job experience in the financial or real estate industry.
