Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
- Carry out medical procedures and ensure accurate documentation of care in patient records.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and take necessary actions for any adverse reactions.
- Deliver exceptional patient care by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
No travel is required for this position.
