Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop baristas to improve their skills and knowledge of our products.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea products and brewing methods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
