Nurse Practitioner Opportunities at Avera McKennan Hospital

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team at Avera McKennan Hospital, providing high-quality patient care and supervision to our staff. As an RN, you will be responsible for coordinating care with ancillary staff, communicating effectively with physicians, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing their needs and well-being
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Competitive hourly rate: $45.25 per hour
