Medical Director Opportunity in Sonoma County

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Sonoma County, California. This role focuses primarily on adult and geriatric patients, with a limited pediatric caseload. We welcome Residents and New Graduates and offer a highly competitive salary and support with stipends for those in their final year of residency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and geriatric patients, with some pediatric care as needed.
- Conduct women s health services, including IUD insertion/removal.
- Perform minor in-office procedures such as splinting, suturing minor lacerations, incision & drainage (I&D), and trigger point/joint injections.
- Interpret x-rays and provide employment physicals and disability exams.
- Offer preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of conditions, with a focus on enhancing patient quality of life.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with completion of a residency in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in California.
- Residents in their final year are encouraged to apply, with stipends available.

- A competitive salary: $230,000 - $280,000 per annum.
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule with limited call (approximately 3 weeks per year).
