Job OverviewAs a Med Tech at Phoenix Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your leadership skills and ability to provide support and assistance with resident care and services will make a significant impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health and well-being of residents and provide leadership support and assistance with resident care and services.
  • Assist with medication care and administration, as well as communicate with resident support services and families.
  • Maintain clinical quality assurance and lead, demonstrate, and support all elements of wellness which are core components of Phoenix programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medication Aide and/or meet state requirements for medication aide.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.
