Compensation:

$250,000 - $300,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to associate attorneys and paralegals to address and mitigate conflicts
  • Prepare essential documents such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests
  • Attend and prepare for trials, mediation sessions, and arbitration hearings
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate in the legal sector
  • A Bachelor's degree and a law degree from an accredited institution (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D.)
  • Active membership in good standing with relevant local and state bar associations
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, alongside excellent writing and verbal communication abilities
  • Prior experience in client advocacy during trials, mediation, and arbitration
