Job Title: Senior Manager, Human Resources

Entertainment Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to our Payroll Services Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies that align with EP's goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations to senior leadership.
  • Drive the implementation of HR programs such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers on leadership and employee management best practices.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts in partnership with business leaders to ensure EP has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Identify key talent within EP and work with leadership to develop retention and development strategies.
  • Lead complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Partner with leaders to build and sustain a positive organizational culture that drives employee engagement and performance.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, new business processes, or cultural shifts.
  • Support leaders in communicating changes and facilitating smooth transitions for employees.
  • Leverage HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Stay current with local employment laws and regulations, in partnership with Legal, to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in supporting business transformations, talent management, and employee relations at a strategic level.
  • Strong experience working in fast-paced or matrixed organizations, with a track record of implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel; 10-15% travel required.
