About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for quality improvement to join our team as a Clinical Quality Lead. This role will oversee quality and clinical outcomes throughout the organization, focusing on stroke and sepsis. Responsibilities
This position will work collaboratively with staff, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to optimize quality outcomes in accordance with hospital, division, and HCA mission, vision, and strategies to improve care quality and outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, they will interpret patterns and trends in quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate population-based priorities, outcomes of care, and compare them to relevant benchmarks and sources.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with an active license to practice in New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or other healthcare-related field required. A Master of Science in Nursing is preferred, along with nursing certifications such as CNL and/or CNS. They must also have proficiency in Performance Improvement Tools, data abstraction, analysis, and reporting. Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, are also necessary. The salary range for this position is approximately $93,000 - $123,000 annually based on location and experience.
