Seabrook Freestanding ER Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As an ER Nurse in our Seabrook Freestanding ER, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes the needs of our patients.

Job Summary and Qualifications
  • You will assess and treat patients of all ages, from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill cases.
  • Your role will involve managing multiple cases simultaneously while providing general nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
  • You will recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and initiate appropriate treatment.
  • You will monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as needed using computerized documentation systems.
  • You will recognize and respond to changes in a patient's condition.
  • You will coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or a valid compact state is necessary.
  • BLS certification is required. ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are also required within specified timeframes.

Patient Care and Compensation

We prioritize patient-centered care and offer competitive compensation packages. Our salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
