Job Overview

Vista Autism Services is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. As an integral member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to deliver effective and ethical treatment programs.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech and Language Pathologist to fill this position. You will be responsible for performing assessments, developing and implementing measurable goals, objectives, and lesson plans for your assigned caseload of students. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students with Autism achieve their full potential.
  • You will serve as a member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for planning, problem-solving, and progress monitoring of students and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). This will include actively participating in team meetings, IEP meetings, and Treatment Plan meetings, maintaining communication with parents/guardians, school district personnel, and outside agency representatives.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university or college.
  • PA Teacher Certification in Speech or Educational Specialist Certification.
  • Valid PA Speech and Language Pathology Licensure or minimum qualifications for Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility.
  • Successful completion of Vista's crisis intervention training.
