About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading our branch sales efforts, maintaining exceptional service levels, and ensuring operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to overall branch sales efforts and maintain first-in-class service levels
  • Lead and manage internal sales process, including outbound calling efforts and client site visits
  • Develop and train sales/service colleagues to actively participate in sales activity
  • Support branch manager and RM(s) in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and colleague adherence to CNB policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of direct client service experience
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a banking environment
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Bank products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work
